Refund Policy - the basics

1. No Refund After Consultation Started

Once the astrology consultation has started,
no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

This includes:

  • Chat consultation started

  • Reading already delivered

  • Time slot already used

  • Partial consultation completed

All services are considered consumed once started.

2. No Refund for Change of Mind

Refund will not be provided if:

  • You change your mind after payment

  • You do not like the prediction

  • You expected different results

  • You booked by mistake

Astrology is based on interpretation and results may vary.

3. Refund in Case of Technical Failure

Refund may be provided only if:

  • Payment deducted but booking not confirmed

  • Consultation not provided due to technical issue

  • Server / website error from our side

  • Payment received twice for same booking

In such cases, refund will be processed after verification.

4. Incorrect Details Provided by User

No refund will be given if wrong information was provided, including:

  • Wrong date of birth

  • Wrong time of birth

  • Wrong place of birth

  • Incorrect contact details

Accurate details are required for correct astrology reading.

5. Refund Processing Time

If refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Amount will be credited to original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment gateway.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Booking cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

  • Rescheduling may be allowed only before consultation starts.

  • AstroFate reserves the right to cancel any booking if required.

In such case, full refund will be provided.

7. Free Consultation Policy

Free chat / free minutes are promotional services.

No refund applies to:

  • Free trial chat

  • Free minutes offer

  • Discounted consultation

These offers cannot be exchanged for money.
